Basmati rice & other food products fall unders Food & Gourmet, these products will be treated as non-returnable & non-refundable. Once orders are dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled and returned until unless it fulfills some of the prevailing conditions.Food Estates will happily honor any valid refund claims i.e. products that are physically damaged or missing or are different from their description in the product details page are eligible for returns, provided a claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt of items.

Note: For the above mentioned case we will be requiring proper unpacking box video without that claim cannot be entertained

Customers will be required to pay the return shipping charges.

Upon successful verification of claim, you can expect foodestates to process your refund within 7 working days.

Once refund is confirmed, you will receive the choice of Refund or Replacement:
